If you're unable to charge a virtual credit card (VCC) through Tab, or, you can't see your VCC provider in the dropdown list on your Tab dashboard, then it's likely we need to add support.
Online Travel Agents (OTAs like Booking.com, Agoda) often issue new virtual card details and we need to update these in the Tab system.
We also need to verify any new provider that isn't in our system already.

Adding support can take 2-3 working days. We'll notify you via email when the card is ready to charge.
Please note: Tab is designed for business-to-customer (B2C) payments and we don’t currently process virtual cards for business-to-business (B2B) providers (e.g. Roibos, Dida Travel, Easy Avenues).
